With over 12 years of experience in childcare, our nannies and mannies are carefully selected and equipped to provide exceptional full-time or part-time, live-in or live-out care. We provide access to a carefully selected network of experienced childcare-tutors, offering tailored academic support designed to develop each child’s abilities and help them achieve their individual goals. From early years development through to primary and secondary education, our tutors provide expert guidance at every stage of a child’s educational journey.
With an in-depth understanding of the London independent schooling landscape, we appreciate the expectations and pressures families face when preparing for key admissions stages. Our specialist support encompasses 11+, 13+, ISEB and INCAS preparation, alongside comprehensive support across the UK Key Stages 1–4.
We work closely with families to identify each child’s strengths, address areas for development and build the confidence, knowledge and academic discipline required to excel. Beyond the classroom, we can also support the wider demands often associated with competitive school admissions, including the development of appropriate extracurricular interests and skills.

Cost-effective
Nanny fees in London vary according to the experience, qualifications and responsibilities of the individual professional, as well as the specific requirements of each family. Factors such as live-in or live-out arrangements, full-time or part-time hours, international travel, tutoring, special educational needs, language skills and specialist expertise can all influence the overall cost. At NurtureEd, we take a bespoke approach to every placement, ensuring that families are matched with a professional whose experience and capabilities are aligned with their expectations and their child’s needs. We believe exceptional childcare is an investment in your child’s wellbeing, development and future, and we work transparently with families to establish a package that reflects the level of expertise and support required.

Safety & Safeguarding
Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Every childcare professional introduced through NurtureEd is carefully vetted and assessed before being placed with a family. We conduct appropriate DBS checks and verify relevant qualifications, experience and references to ensure each candidate meets our rigorous standards. Our carers are also required to hold current paediatric first aid training, providing families with additional reassurance that their children are in capable and responsible hands. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, professionalism and care, giving every family complete confidence in the person they welcome into their home.
Joseph Bader
Founder.
Joseph founded NurtureEd following 12 years of experience as a male nanny in London, working with a diverse range of families and providing highly bespoke childcare and educational support. His experience spans high-net-worth family placements, international travel, holiday nanny cover, private tutoring, special educational needs support and sports development.
His understanding of the London education system is rooted in his own experience. Joseph attended Millfield School on a swimming scholarship, went on to represent England internationally in swimming and Great Britain in rowing, and developed first-hand insight into the discipline, commitment and wider opportunities that underpin a successful education.
Alongside his sporting background, Joseph has built an established career in the arts, performing on London’s West End stage and spending 15 years as the voice of some of the world’s most recognised brands.
It was through these varied experiences that Joseph identified a gap within the childcare industry: families were often required to source multiple professionals to meet the different aspects of a child’s development. NurtureEd was created to bridge that gap — bringing together exceptional childcare, education, sport, the arts and personal development within one bespoke service, tailored around each child and each family.
